I think Brush is so much more Fun in Splatoon 2 because MPU makes you faster. They should really make Brush faster in Splatoon 3 when you have Intesify Action.

I went back to Splatoon 2 the other day and I have to say that I missed the stage and weapon kit variety from that game. I feel that it's more diverse compared to 3. Edit: Of course shooter dominance was pretty terrible but I was mostly talking about the kits, not team comps. Thanks to splatoon 3 update cycle, we'll be waiting forever for 3rd kits or even another squiffer or range blaster kit

@@Aegisdexoutside of competitive play, I feel walleye, arowana and port mack were fun and distinct unlike the Tetris blocks we got now. Also agreeing w OP, I found the maps and weapon kit variety really nice to have too. And as a squiff main im on so much hopium waiting for 2nd to drop 💀

Ironically I just went back to mess around with the game yesterday and jeez some of these points for specials, in a world where we panic when a weapon goes to 170p we forget how dang many weapons went that low back in 2, and the fact that there are multiple weapons with *150p* like damn you were right their only solution to every problem back then was just make it a special spammer also bring back bubble combo it'll be funny :)

It's the fact that people use this game with to much nostalgia with the nostalgia trap card. I didn't get the feeling of Splatoon with the second game like the first and the 3rd feels like the first game with the quality of life changes. It's also because at times having a opinion on the internet is a crime. The Splatoon series is also amazing for people with autism

@@maplemiles3381 no, the graphics are better, it's more saturated, the plaza feels more like a splatoon vibe, it's a simple game to hop on whereas 3 feels overcomplicated, the splatfest make sense and aren't 3 idols idk what they're called which is weird It's my personal preference you don't have to be on my opinion but a lot are in my opinion and it's kinda weird

Splatoon 3 fixes a lot of problems that Splatoon 2 had and the rate of its sales paint a clear picture. Splatoon 2 got the series popular but Splatoon 3 made it much more popular

@@maplemiles3381 If people are upset at the third game's flaws, and not the second game's, then Splatoon 3 has mistakes that make it less fun for its main playerbase. While I know you played both Splatoon 2 and 3, and I'm glad you enjoy the latter for what it is, but you don't need to parrot that other people are "wrong" if Splatoon 3's rush-into-battle gameplay philosophy feels restrictive to them. Splatoon 2 has _plenty_ of good maps, that I can check out almost any time of my day. Splatoon 1 has quite some of the disliked "straight/curved line" maps originating from them, but I'd love to check out Urchin Underpass and Saltspray Rig and S1 Mahi-Mahi.

@@dewroot5176even with the bad maps in Splatoon 3 it's a great game and it feels like a sequel and for the most part the vast majority is calling in the best in the series and for good reason and before you say Nintendo has handled updates poorly with Splatoon 3 they have handled the updates with more pros then cons
