I feel like the three splatfests (what would you do at the end of the world, who would be the best leader, and the Grand Festival, all go hand in hand and will determine the plot of splatoon 4 somehow. I don't think it's a coincidence that there are 3 important ones since the number 3 is everywhere in this game
I think all this choice will determine is from whence the villain or enemies will come from, the Past, the Present, or the Future. So for me I want the enemy to be from the Past so we can fight ghosts, monsters, mummies, undead, beasts, adventure and loot temples and tombs, perform even mkre magic etc etc
