+QueenofTNT Also, rollers really aren't the best thing to use in Tower Control. They've been nerfed to all hell, and if you're on the tower, you can rebound off the pole and fall to your doom. Plus, the Carbon Roller has absolutely dismal range, plus you were on E-Liter Towers. No wonder you got sniped so much. Chargers are pretty good on Ranked, no matter the mode. Sadly, you need to use motion controls to use Chargers well. I would recommend you use motion controls, if possible. Just play Turf War until you get used to them. Once you git gud with gyro, you will be much better with it. Being able to check your flanks, splatter hopping and splatter dashing are things you can't do with analog, plus gyro allows for more fluid aiming. Just give gyro a chance. One final tip, if you try gyro again (even though you probably won't) put the Gamepad on a flat surface and press Y. It centers the camera. It also keeps it steady.

+Amy Nordhues Uh, doesn't everyone eventually play against a team (or person) in Splatoon who is vastly superior to you? And I mean, unless he was using the stereotypical Tentatek/Krak-On + douchey gear I doubt he was being a scrub, just the one who was less skilled.

+Alma Martinez The man has over 100 episodes of content on this game and he still struggles to get even a few kills without trading off whilst fighting players at these lower levels. After I finished watching a few of his videos I actually felt like I became worse at the game somehow. ._. It's just not his kind of game I guess. Only weapon that I'd consider a scrub weapon is the Dynamo Rollers. Those things are way to easy for begginners to wield and wreck face with. It ends up hindering them later if they start maining the thing, because of the lack of aiming required.

Ash Ketchum Yeah, I'm not saying he's good, but just because he doesn't play well it doesn't mean he's a scrub. That's an entirely different thing. And I'm _so_ glad the Dynamo got nerfed, I can back up what you said. I picked it up once and I got like 8 kills to my name, nobody could reach me. The only time I died was when I made the mistake of getting closer to a guy with a shooter.

If you can use it right, you can actually be better WITH the stick. I am. Motion controls, average K/D and turf covered is 1/6 with, if lucky, 500p. Sticks, average is 7/2 with at least 600p.
