I'm so bummed that I missed Spies VS Mercs in their heyday. I wish Ubisoft would give it another shake because the formula here is brilliant with some extra refinement.
it would be cool. they now have experience with rainbow six siege so I wouldn't be surprised if this made a comeback... they recently announced remaking/remastering the splinter cell trilogy (by Ubisoft Toronto)
@@dool1002Bro i'm so excited for the new Splinter Cell, i can't wait and i hope Ubisoft doesn't mess this up. And honestly i think Spies Vs Mercs should be a standalone game, it's a shame for this mode to remain underrated as a side-dish. It deserves full attention on its own, they could sell it separately and earn more money, and i'm sure both the main SC game and Spies vs Mercs would benefit from each getting special treatment and effort.
@Supercybersonic944 I think it's similar to the Halo collections... I might be wrong but it would be awesome if they remastered all the games with current technology. The last game was made some time ago 😅
It'd be cool for an online multilayer where a merc who spots a spy can alert all the other mercs to that spy's location with some kind of radar indication.
The way these old school games still make me feel tense just watching them, they really had something unique and interesting with this game mode. I hope they bring it back.
Hopefully they add it with the remake. I'd love slower movement for the singleplayer, with more blacklist-styled movement for SvM since it works well with the bigger environments
I don't understand why people are going the effort to play chaos theory multiplayer when double agenet is still online, and has a community. Plus, DA is way smoother for multiplayer and is 3v3. Chaos theory is obviously the better game but honestly I don't rate this multiplayer too much
