Wingsuit World Champion Espen Fadnes and Project Managers Goovinn team up again for "SPLIT OF A SECOND" after last year's film "SENSE OF FLYING", this time for an up close, personal look at Espen's thoughts and motives behind flying and some never-before-seen footage of human flight.

pretty much everything he says explains exactly how I feel about skydiving. it's such an incomprehensible feeling until you do it and once you are in it, you can't imagine life without it.

Skydiving has been my dream my whole life, and finally I'm 16 and old enough to do AFF. I'm going to do my first jump in exactly one month. I was in Chamonix this summer and spottet the line that Espin flies, very very inspiring... :) make dreams reality, guys!

It must be requiring a lot of courage to jump of the cliff but in the mid air its all about the excitement, focus, executing perfect technique, assessing the situation real quick. Once landed safely on earth, just one "yooooohoooooooossssssss" concludes everything. As it is rightly described 99.9% efforts are made to make those couple of minutes more special and memorable. Amazing video. LOVE FROM INDIA.

Espen... trust me when i say this.. i have seen them ALL.... all the best proximity videos you could find on the internet.. I've seen them. But this video is so world class i was speechless.. by far the best footage there is out there, and also some of the best flying i ever seen. This video will inspire lots of people out there...and will teach that nothing is impossible.

The shots of the birds say so much. They are so poetic. It's such an obviously simple metaphor but always overlooked with these X games, Go Pro, Red Bull "EXTREME SPORTS", MAN DOMINATES NATURE sensibility that dominates all of these videos on You TUBE!!! GREAT VIDEO!

Just wow! Best wingsuit documentary on youtube. Stunning camera work, and spectacular piloting. I was enthralled with the vivid description of what it is like leading up to the jump. I've jumped from planes before but i can only dream of what proximity flying feels like. Thanks for posting.

I bought my wingsuit and my Mom gave me a Superman t-shirt for Xmas! LOL. Wingsuit base jumping though...... that’s dangerous! Respect to you guys that do it

The film was masterfully done, with a subject that is fascinating (human flight) and at the end, when Believe/Leave Me started playing I smiled profusely. Thanks to everyone involved for making such beautiful art.

The pictures and the music - you are really drawn into it. I also like the details of Norse symbolic meaning that have been included. For example, the two ravens at the edge of the cliff, but also the runes around the goggles. Overall, with his insightful reflection, and everything else, it becomes beautiful in an artistic way.

Experienced tandem jump from 4 kilometres yesterday and at its best it went to 193km/h the free drop, so I can only respect these guys flying that close to the ground and mountains with that speed. And when their flight speed is probably higher as wingsuit gives more speed. At that speed it was hard to see anything, so its hard to open the parachute. I can only imagine flying that close to mountain with that speed. :) Cheers, someone, who dreams about base jumping

I used to dream I could fly like that, used to take a lot of mental energy to make it so, but I'm 60 now, done with skydiving and hang-gliding, I'll be sticking with parascending and a 1000 ft. tow rope, thats all I need now...a short canopy ride does me just fine. Great photography...take care and have FUN....

it's an amazing film, I enjoyed alot...especially the raw footage of the helmet camera without soundtrack, just wind blowing, it puts you much closer to the experience of flying...some day, oh some day I will ;)

I enjoyed that video. :) At viewing it, i could actually feel the adrendaline rush that must go through someone taking on this feat!. Sometimes i wonder what speed they are flying at? the GoPro captures really amaze me! Personally, i consider this as an EXTREME ADVENTURE. Yes, it is sad when 'some' experience failure in this sport, but hey, You can cross the road and be hit by a vehicle, or take a flight on a Jet Plane, and it blows up or experiences engine failure........ Many thanks to the ppl that produced this video on RU-vid, ....i go watch more FPF (first person flyer) compilations. :)
