Splitting up Ponytail palm babies 

This video is about splitting up ponytail palm babies and potting them as individual plants.
The Ponytail palm (Beaucarnea recurvata), also known as the Nolina palm (based on its previous scientific name, i.e., Nolina recurvata), is a popular house plant that is easy to care for. Larger Ponytail palms are usually expensive so most often people buy group plantings of several Ponytail palm baby plants at a more affordable price. While you can grow them as a group, some end up splitting up ponytail palm plants to be grown individually.
Dividing ponytail palms is an easy process and will not take more time than you would require for repotting the individual plants. In this video I show the steps involved and provide the information required to learn how to split up ponytail palm babies. Also I start an experiment related to Ponytail palm development and discuss about basic ponytail palm care.
