This happened in 1994 here in Tx, Williamson County. He went in a month before my birth and it’s been a little over 26 year he’s been locked up. Here is the real kicker tho, the judge personally knew him so that’s illegal in a court room AND his prosecutor Ken Anderson went to prison a few years after for adding charges on MULTIPLE cases, including my pops. SPM could’ve said he was guilty and get 5 years maybe be out in half the time but he didn’t want to do that because he said he didn’t do that and fought the case lost it and got the maximum its really messed up
He said he would man up for for 5 years for his son. They also wanted to give him another 5 years for the girl but he wasn't going to plead guilty because he didnt do that.
