for the gradient? yes u can use any point but its better if u use the points that are furthest apart and easiest to read'

The power of x and y must at least 1(bcz it is linear equation or you will not able to get a straight line from your equation)

replace all the values (x,y,m) into y=mx+c, then find c as the unknown
