This music and credits and the entire game of course is like every Neptunia game such a legendary masterpiece I can't describe how phenomenal the franchise is. 100000 thanks Compile Heart, Idea Factory International for the beautiful games and 100000 thanks to every Neptunia fans who still support Neptunia. I buy and play every Neptunia game thats a promise. Until I can't breath anymore. Anyone know why I ended up fighting a level 76 Psyfoire that hit like a truck instead of the level 69 in this vid? I had to re try about 6 times to get past it! Probably didn't help that my levels ranged from 62 to 70. Only thing I can think of is that I bought all the cursed disks on the way up the tower thinking it might unlock something cool.

I'm doing a livestream series. So, I'll see if there are any differences. Maybe, they updated the game after launch. I also have a Japanese playthrough with commentary. It might be different because it had a ton of updates.

Did a search and this is all I could find about it The Psyfoire's level in the Neptunia game on PS5 is indeed Lv 76, and it's not related to buying all the cursed discs or shares. The reason for this is due to the game's design and balancing. According to an interview with the game's director, the team wanted to create a challenging final battle that would require players to have a high level of skill and strength. By making Psyfoire Lv 76, they aimed to encourage players to explore the game's world, complete side quests, and upgrade their characters to be sufficiently powerful for the final confrontation. The Lv 76 Psyfoire is intended to be a formidable opponent, testing the player's mastery of the game's mechanics and strategies. So, it's a design choice to create a memorable and challenging final battle, rather than a direct result of any specific player actions like buying cursed discs or accumulating shares.

@@Yusei255 Thanks for the info. So basically, they decided to try to make the game longer by forcing players to grind? But instead of building up the challange in a logical manor with boss fights and mobs leading up to the final fight they just bumped up the final boss? Yep! Sounds like a typical half arsed 'fix' IF / Compile Heart would do! Still enjoyed the game though. Currently on an NG+ run.

@@Yusei255 it was lower than that on both of my playthroughs in the English version. We finished the second playthrough last week on stream

@@Yusei255 I never used the cursed discs because I was worried about getting negative effects or a bad ending. Maybe there are more secrets to unlock.

I have around 100 hours into the japanese version. This one I have about 30+. It's pretty lengthy.

It can rack up the hours and does need you to grind to get past later bosses. Its kind of annoying as the mobs will be easy and do almost no damage if you get hit, only for the boss of that dungeon to take out your team in only a few hits!

@@pauljackson1944 I never had that issue in dungeon bosses. The one that was the hardest is the gold third when you first acquire the goddesses as playable characters. If you didn't level them up in the short amount of time they can die pretty easily.
