तो पहले जानेंगे की Spondylosis होता है ?
Spine की गद्दी वह सरकने के वजेसे या bony spur जब आजाता है तब spinal cord या उसके नसों पे pressure आता है और उसके कारन जो तकलीफ जोति है उसे Spondylosis कहा जाता है।
Spondylitis क्या होता है ?
Spondylitis एक तरीकेका spondylosis ही है , जिसमे आर्थराइटिस होता है। अपने रीड की हड्डी के जो joints होते है उनमे सूजन पैदा होती है और उसके कारन जो तकलीफ जोति है उसे Spondylosis कहा जाता है।
Spondylosis 80% लोगो में 50 साल के बाद होता है आज कल यह भी देखा जा रही यही की कम उम्र में भी Spondylosis की समस्या हो रही है। इसका कारण यह है की गलत posture में बैठना , work ergonomics .

स्पोंडिलोसिस के लक्षण - Spondylosis Symptoms in Hindi
- गर्दन या पीठ दर्द होना
- हाथो पैरो में झुंझुनाहट
- हाथो पैरो में कमजोरी महसून होना
- चलते वक्त असंतुलन होना
- Sharp shooting pain कंधे से लेके हाथो तक
- Lumbar Spondylosis में पेशेंट्स को कमर से लेके पैर तक काफी तीव्र तरीकेका दर्द महसूस होता है।

Spondylosis औ का निदान (Diagnosis of Spondylosis in Hindi)
Spondylosis हो या Spondylitis हो पेशेंट की complaints , पेशेंट की जांच यह काफी महत्वपूर्ण होता है।
Spondylosis में radiological diagnosis काफी महत्वपूर्ण होता है। MRI पे हमे पता चलता है की disc बहार निकली हुई है या bony spur बहार आया है। नसे कितनी दबी हुई है
Spondylitis का निदान (diagnosis of spondylitis)
Spondylitis का निदान blood test के आधार पे होता है। सबसे सामन्य तौर पर पाया जाने वाला Spondylitis , ankylosing spondylitis जिसके लिए HLA- B27 Test की जाती है। इसी टेस्ट अगर पॉजिटिव हो तो उस हिसाब से इलाज शुरू करना पड़ता है |

1. Physical therapy
2. Medicines
3. Injection therapy
4. Surgery
इन चार हिस्सों में यह ट्रीटमेंट की जाती है। सर्जरी हर पेशेंट केलिए लगेगिहि यह जरुरी नहीं है।
Spondylitis का इलाज (Treatment for Spondylitis)
इसका इलाज दवाइयों से ही किया जाता है। इसमें ट्रीटमेंट ज्यादातर non-surgical होती है। दवाइया और physiotherapy पे इसका इलाज किया जाता है। इसका ट्रीटमेंट थोड़ा लम्बा चलता है |

Dr Eshan Nerkar, Consultant Brain and Spine Surgeon received his MCh from Bangalore’s reputed M S Ramaiah Medical College. He had the good fortune to be trained by some of the best in the area of neurosurgery. He was exposed to a whole range of neurological and spinal illnesses during his studies. Later, he worked at Bangalore’s BRAINS Neuro Spine Center alongside Dr N. K. Ventatramanna. He gained valuable experience in advanced MICRO-NEUROSURGERY and minimal access to spine surgery while he was there. He has conducted more than 1000 procedures relating to the brain and spinal disorders in his career.
