@@K.O-ANIMATIONS ready for what, exactly? Ready to slip on a banana peel? Ready to play Pac-Man with your best friend? Ready to ride a giant dolphin on the ocean? You GOTTA be more SPECIFIC man geEEeeEEeeEez!
What you alluded to saying, "People today are still bonding over Classic Spongebob". Is so true, I met my current friend group primarily because of classic Spongebob, which, might have intern, saved me, not joking. Plus, getting to meet Tom Kenny and shake his hand back in January was a pleasure that I STILL cannot believe!!
I honestly think spongebob will be good again! The writers returning means we'll finally get some really cool classics again. Who knows, Maybe they'll slowly go back to the original artstyle or at least Colours.
I think they're only returning just for this movie, but it could be cool if some come back to the show. I don't think the original style will return though.
@@ramarriblevinsjones5709I feel like they could, I've heard Aaron Springer could possibly return in Season 14. (This isn't confirmed, I've just heard some speculation going around.)
I really hope they get C.H. Greenblatt (creator of Chowder and Harvey Beaks) on board as well. He was easily one of the best writers in the first three seasons.
Me too, but I kinda doubt it. (Due to Greenblatt leaving Nickelodeon in 2016 after the main network screwed him over on Harvey Beaks) Could see Drymon trying to lure him back on the movie, and hopefully, show though...
If you haven't read the SpongeBob comics, I recommend it. It's like the season that should have been 5 to 8 and Derek Drymon is one of the main writers.
YES!!!🤩 My childhood is back!🎉 I grew up with SpongeBob in the early 2000s and I can’t wait to see the movie!😍 It will feel like this movie came out in 1999!😃
I wish they kept the naming conventions progressively minimum, the first was "The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie" the second was "The SpongeBob Movie" with "Sponge Out of Water" as a subheading. So either this or Snail on the Run should've been named "The Movie."
I never understood why people don't like the new era of spongebob. Personally, it never really mattered to me. Spongebob is always spongebob. Anyways, I'm excited for the new movie!
Same 😊 I am excited for everything related to SpongeBob. It always makes me laugh and I always have a great time watching it. I'm so happy the show is still going and that we're getting a new movie. 😁
No matter how talented the artists may be, ultimately, it's the higher-ups who have the final say. Take Disney's Wish, for example. It had the potential to be a good, even great film to celebrate Disney's 100th anniversary. However, the higher-ups botched everything up.
I’ve never seen a SpongeBob movie in theaters…if this releases in theaters, I’m seeing it. (I’ll have to see a couple trailers first to make up my mind, but so far, I might be saving up to buy movie tickets!
@@powerpuffboy901 Yeah, that's what I'm thinking. Tim Hill directed the last movie and it kind of sucked. And even on the show, writers like Mr. Lawrence and Kaz just seem to be getting tired of writing for SpongeBob. But who knows, maybe Derek Drymon will turn things around. He hasn't been on the show since the first movie.
I was already excited knowing Derek Drymon was directing the film last year, but now, I'm even MORE excited for this film knowing that part of the dream team is back!! To quote what Sherm Cohen said on one of the Season 1 DVD special features, "Aaron Springer is a cartoon genius"
It's nice to know that the original crew is returning to work on the 4th picture. Though, I'm somewhat surprised that it won't be written with storyboards as opposed to scripts.
Yeah, like I said in the comments of the previous video covering the fourth movie, the fact that so many of the old crew are on-board here sounds really enticing! Perhaps there is hope that this movie will be good after all...
Definitely looking forward to this one. Hope they can give us one last Golden Egg Edit: I hope one of those extra names is gonna be Dan Povenmire since he did help with the first 3 seasons
