I think “New Fish In Town” was the only time Squidward finally met someone he had in common with. Granted, Squidward probably has met a few others that were pretty similar to him, but for the most part Howard did have a lot in common with Squidward, and Squidward probably finally found someone that could be his best friend.

I remember in Something Smells, Patrick said he didn’t have a sister, but I guess him being a starfish, he and his species tend to forget things, like in I’m With Stupid, Patrick’s fake parents realized at the end of the episode that they don’t have a kid. And Patrick has other family in his own TV show. Perfect Chemistry has Sandy and Plankton interacting together again. At least he didn’t steal her pelt this time, lol. And SB is being used as a test monkey, and is omitting a gassy, nasty smell by transporting in the Krusty Krabs as a cloud of gas 💀

Imagine a weird episode where Sam (Patrick’s Sister) & Stanley (SpongeBob’s Cousin) returned & met one another & each liked each other. A very Destructive couple, Bikini Bottom would be doomed.

I hate that they completely scrapped Patrick’s entire family in his spinoff show “The Patrick Star Show” They gave him an entirely new family as if they didn’t introduce us to his family in SpongeBob

"Love That Squid" is great, but I agree it should've gone with Squidward on the actual date rather than boring practice date. It felt like SpongeBob and Patrick tortured him again. I think it would've been more interesting if Squidward started talking all about himself and Squilvia being disappointed at him which would let to Squidward overcoming his ego and admitting love and care for someone else with singing a song or making a play performance. "Perfect Chemistry" is good, but I feel like SpongeBob teleporting joke got old very quickly. It would've been more interesting if Plankton was trying to make a teleport into a weapon like he wants as a villian and SpongeBob with Sandy ruining it by making it more futuristic and decorating with flowers or something like that. Nevertheless, quite memorable episode with unique dynamic

I will always stand by me saying that seasons 6 through 8 are not bad at all… people just love to complain and be negative about everything.. yes there’s some bleh episodes but there’s also still really good hilarious episodes that make up for it.. I love how you 2 just go in very optimistic and just enjoy each episode like everyone else should.. I know they aren’t the same as the old ones but I still laugh a ton and there’s some squidward wins and stuff that we all always root for

“New Fish in Town.” I completely forgot about this one. I don’t know if I feel bad for Squidward here, because he kinda fucked it up himself. I actually have a soft spot for “Love That Squid.” Sadly, Squilvia has never been seen again. But hey, nice to have Squidward get a win. “Big Sister Sam” contradicts an older episode, “Something Smells,” where Patrick claims he has no sister. Again, I don’t expect perfect writing, but c’mon, guys…Otherwise, I actually don’t mind it. Oh shit, “Perfect Chemistry!” Now we’re finally getting a GREAT episode. Plankton REALLY shines here.

New Fish in Town has a really interesting idea but they don't execute it well, the ending is extremely forced, he hates bubbles until he pops one! It's the same bullshit from Banned in Bikini Bottom!! Thankfully Love That Squid makes up for it, so satisfying and SpongeBob is a true friend here and this is the first time Squidward's Tiki Land returns in an episode, how fitting! So good to see him getting 2 good endings in the seasons that otherwise abuse the crap out of him. 10:00 The Squidward's Tiki Land instrumental makes me nut 12:45 More nutting 16:30 Was bound to happen at some point But speaking of the devil... They decided to abuse him one last time in the episode after this with Patrick being a complete piece of crap.
