I think the thing that kinda takes away from it is that the cover on the case has a picture of the creepy Squidward. I feel like either no image at all or an image that matches the marker style from the rest of the case would work better.

This is surprisingly good editing! The silence genuinely made me feel uncomfortable and it literally feels like some lunatic or mentally unstable person pieced together some series of clips from a Spongebob episode just to express their emotions. Like, I know it's fake and all (and obviously someone should redesign those red eyes from the creepypasta to look more realistic, but also fitting for Spongebob's animation style [same with the gun]). Kind of a sense of uncertainty and being unsettled by it.
