that 1:00 moment "make racist video" really got me lmao. especially after seeing the chinese washing machine commercial. this man knew what he was doing.
@@Oshawottlover23 I think he means a click bait channel had this as the thumbnail saying like 'this is what spongebob looks like in china' or something like that
@@ringproductionsanimation5989 Yeah I know that. I also live in the USA. It's only funny because China and the United States hate each other. And some people say "there are starving kids in china"
funny thing is that when the first episode from boomchicago came out nobody said it was racist or anything at all but just clever political satire. But alas now that the kindergarten spoiled brats and millenial hipsters get to use the internet they believe their special bubble knows when something is racist and when something is not, and of course everything is racist these days.
I remember watching this when I was, like, 8, & finding it funny because "Ha ha, Spongebob". But now as a teenager, I understand all of the jokes, like Apple in China, the Racist Videos, the Sinicization of Tibet & Uyughurstan & The Debt Of America To Mao (ATM). This was a genius production, bravo, Boom Chicago!
The joke is that Tibet was conquered by china the 50's and was rebranded to West China, if anyone spoke of Tibet in the country or protest that it be freed, you'd get in deep trouble with the Government.
Professor Cringe it's not racist; it accurately and satirically represents post-reform China, where we will all be rich! Now kids, are you all ready? There are starving children in America!
I think the fake rummers of people think that this video is a knockoff of SpongeBob SquarePants until they realize that this is a fanmade version. The actual knockoff of SpongeBob SquarePants is Coconut Fred.
Oh you know we still remember something like this 10 years later, so that means GET BACK TO WORK YOU FOOL! [COMMENT SEIZED BY PRC] Have nice day comrade lemon. 🇨🇳🇨🇳🇨🇳🇨🇳
Cyber Lemon I HAVE SPECIAL EYES. No, just kidding! I'm just the friendly neighborhood fortune teller. But I'm also broke so you need to pay me $23.56 and a SPOOKY SCARY Nokia from 1999 will come out of your ass. Come again!
Wow! This is one of the few cringey early internet videos from my childhood that actually got better coming back to it The satire is so biting and on point
