Numerous wikis and trivia pages cite "The Chaperone" episode as having the "My Leg!" sound during the dance sequence but IT IS SIMPLY NOT THERE.

This is Spongebob's Wilhelm Scream.

"My leg" is basically the Spongebob equivalent of the Wilhelm scream.

The subtleness of the background pain and struggle is what made this Gag so good. Overusing it is very cringy and takes away from the true value of this gag. Then there's the commoner who will DIE laughing at it being overused and screamed by several different characters at once. Legendary Gag
