Even though this performance was only on Nickelodeon, I’m glad that Sweet Victory was finally played during the Super Bowl. A perfect way to kick off SpongeBob‘s 25th anniversary (happy early birthday, SpongeBob!). RIP Stephen Hillenburg; thank you for one of the best shows of my childhood

It was so much better than the first one but it would of been way better if there wasn't players talking over the song. It made it so hard to enjoy it with people talking. I’m a little sad that the trumpets didn’t get to play and Plankton wasn’t there as the pianist like in the episode but it was the best performance of all time
