PRODUCTION NOTE: At the time this vid was uploaded, there was a problem at RU-vid's end which cased videos to be cut short at the front and tail ends. In order to get round that, I added extra time for black at the front of this video. Please be patient. It will start unless there's a serious problem. ;)
