For the new enclosure of my Prusa i3 mk3s 3d printer I needed a filament spool holder. I wanted one that is fully 3d printed, but with bearings and also optimised for an enclosure (filament goes directly down). I didn't find one, so I designed this one myself.

Maybe a second version with 608 bearings...

thanks for the excellent design.. i did modified this and added 608 bearings, i give it a nice push and it last for more than a minute turning... there was a problem with the parts not fitting properly; my solution was reducing the spindles to 99% size on the slicer and the spindle thread joint to 98%.. that fix the issue and now i have an excellent spool holder..

what are your recommended print settings for this?

10% - 20% infill, no support or brim

Depends on your printer. I used the standard generic PLA profile in Prusa slicer.
