Let me explain, deleted files was originally made as a separate mod until rightburst acknowledged of the mod and decided to make it as a spin-off mod, there was one point in time when revie planned for this to be part of vs. sonic.exe, only if 1,000 dollars was raised for the save-a-soul event, but then after revie got kicked out of the team, Arthur managed to convince commando to put deleted files in the mod, making it so that 4 of the characters would be in 3.5 and the other 4 in 4.0
