This is mettaton because when u unlock the secret house next to blook's in undertale with the mystery key the diaries say that this was mettaton's old house and he was a ghost then he got to the human nightclub then he met alphys and alphys told him "do you want a new body? Then come" so he came then she made him a robot body.....if u think I'm just blabbing u SHOULD check it urself then. GO AHEAD. AND IF U R A HATE COMMENT JUST CHECK AND YOULL SEE.
