Sports Academy & Training Centre (Architectural Thesis Project) 

Great Work and concept!

Creative concept. Here are my suggestions ( I am a builder & real estate financer): India has too much heat & direct sun exposure mean you cannot play in day time 4-6 months of the year. You need high rise building shadows and covered canopies everywhere. Surround all the fields except the main football stadium with high rise buildings - accommodations, academy, instructor housing, retail, clinics, fit the indoor gyms, other sports in those high rises complexes. Also you need covered parking lots - the canopy of the parking lots and flat roofs will support solar PV panels. Heat management is most important in Indian conditions. Most urban Indian buildings are heat mismanaged and horribly built copying western building concepts - glass & metal. I am from New Jersey and we have 5 months of winter with temps going down to -10C yet we have one of the best sports facilities in the world. Indoor football, tennis, track n field, aquatics, soccer and so on. India with low cost and affordable labor is wasted opportunity. To build 1 sq feet in US it costs $125-$300! In India, its Rs 3000-6000 or so in most cases. Thats cheap and India needs to build millions of sq feet of sports complexes.
