Best video I've yet seen about this topic. Thinking of doing this on my sportsman 500. But wont that punisher logo limit the airflow to the radiator like crazy?

So we took our 2021 out mudding for the first time today..had to go to wash rack and clean the radiator out twice, so full of mud it was over heating. Doing this very soon...thanks

I go everywhere 850 and 1000 go. Mine is set up the same way his is. It doesn’t sound as good but it gets the job done

i got the wild boar kit on mine and i had the utility edition with the metal racks so it was a little bit harder but overall looks good and runs like 15 degrees cooler

Which way is the airflow going on the fan? Towards the radiator to away from it?

So with the electronics and battery I’d you do the under water mudding how does that plan out with the electrical

What size where those claps and how many do I need

what gauge wire did you run to extend the fan? doin this kit on my 570 now but did not come with the wire to extended.

what is the radiator hose cutting tool you used things mint ?

Do you have to use Polaris brand coolant?

Also do u know what size elbow I need to get to connect the radiator hoses

What size is that whole u made on the rack for the hose to go thru
