So this sportsman has no engine mods just tires

No the belt leaks bad from the factory the axles are weak and at bad angles from the factory the clearance under the middle of the bike in low. But yes dual spa hose to the warrior airbox plate

Mud Puppy damn I was hoping it'd be a little better than that. I'm tryna find a new bike to build I have a 300 now, really want a rubicon but people want anywhere from $7000-$9000 for them used and they don't have the power the 570 sportsman does and you can find them all day for $4000 up here hell there's a dealership getting rid of the left over 17s for $5000 brand new. It just seems like you have more fun on the sportsman than u did your rubicon but I guess I'll have to keep saving for the rubi cause I do want my next bike to be pretty damn reliable.

Magnums in my opinion are the best atvs polaris have built, always runs smooth, good amount of power, they're tough as hell and its great for all-around riding. First thing I heard from other who used a magnum was how much clearance it had for it's day back, yet fun to ride. Currently have a 98' Magnum 425 only has 5000 miles on it

From what I've seen EPI Performance do sell clutch kits for every Magnum out there, if you look up "polaris magnum 330 clutch kit" on google it should be in the first thing that appears. One thing though they're only built for stock tire sizes but normally big tires on magnums isn't a good idea lol. They're about 250-300USD for every model, depends also on shipping

They do seem like good machines but the price is up there...especially for not being near as popular. It should be one of the less expensive options out there right now to be honest. It would probably help them grow more in popularity because they aren't bad machines.

April 2016 I was originally looking at an Outlander and a Suzuki King Quad around that 500 series I haven't been on anything bigger than a 500. Went to my Outlander dealer first I couldn't really get a deal so I want my Yamaha and Suzuki dealer was looking at a King Quad 500 over there then I liked the price tag on it. somehow I glanced over at the Kodiak and had a cheaper price tag than the 500. Walking around the Kodak seen the grizzly and 750 king. Went with the grizzly cheaper than the king and Yamaha had more to offer.

They they are great bikes they really don't make much less power than a 450 the issue I have with them is the front a arms are really short and they use very tiny shocks but if you look at the video from the Marengo ride the giant red Forman that's actually a 400 it's my uncle's

The 570 belt box is not sealed well at all from Polaris. Has low gear though

Polaris puts the gear ratios in the owners manual... Which is free in their website

Better steering easier on front axles and diffs. Nearly the same performance, max front tire traction isn't as crucial as rear

The xmr is faster the the Polaris has way lower gears and true 4x4

I got 3 Polaris's 500 700 and 850w/tracks how is the 500 2" lift no EPS?

Not really all my fault back axles are pretty terrible angles and pretty brital cups and the belt box is not sealed

I picked up a 2016 450 that was rolled pretty cheap. Fixed it and then went to town on mods, tune, bigger tires, full exhaust, mod the air box. Clutch kit, which I think I’m taking out. But it has no problem pulling the front wheels. Had it tuned to what a stock 570 would be.

You wont clear them. And the axles front diff and tranny would hate you thats a massive tire.

Are you saying the file 70 just can't handle 32 and 1/2 Outlaw too they just pull too hard

Can am is better on axles the fact that they are three wheel drive saves the front axles because the torque goes to the one with the least traction and they are geared so high they don't put enough torque to the rear wheels to break those very often unless of course the boots leak and let water in like mine.

Mud Puppy it was odd to see the back one break all mine were front. Was this after the lift was in? I have a 2” lift for my ace from black path never got around to getting it in yet

Mud Puppy touche'. Though, I've never had any issues with the visco-lok. Don't seem to get stuck near as often as my buddy running his Highlifter Sportman.

Cvtech will help I got one on mine it’s a lot easier to wheelie now

wesley collins I doubt he's ever even ridden one (other than the 300 he rented). Brutes are bad ass. Best low end power of any atv on the market, hands down. It's the only exciting Japanese 4x4 quad made.
