Crank fast 3 seconds pause 1 second the crank fast 2 seconds pause 1. Then finally 1 fast reel crank pauses 1 second. Also, use fast half turns pause 1-second repeat 2 to 3 times. Then you can cast let sit at the bottom pull back the rod Then bring the rod tip forward towards the lure a crank Then repeat do this slowly. Finally, try casting the lure into deeper water let fall for 4 to 5 seconds pull back the rod Then bring it forward towards the lure do this quickly and repeat. Ideally awesome if it gets caught in the grass. Put slack in line pop free and continue pulling rod back then bring the rod forward towards the lure. It's great to use to cover tons of water. 2 casts per spot
Fishing real close to home for me bud! I know the spot well. Lipless cranks slam there all the way up until the warmer spring weather there, hit the beach on the other side and the small cove behind it with the rock ledge and the small rock point. Light out with a weightless senko or a drop shot when the bite slows down.
