Framed Spring Bird Decor Tutorial with Kimberly of My Victorian Heart. This project was created with Decoupage Queen’s beautiful Crowned Birds Four Pack & Forever Yours Rice Papers in size A4 from the Decoupage Queen Spring 2024 Release. The frame was cast from resin with the IOD Frames 2 Mould. Pentart mixed media and my favorite Prima Artisan Powders and Dust of Ages by Amy Howard were also applied to this project.
