That’s a good tip on soaking the fish in salt water before cooking it. Going to try that out for sure.

I can honestly say I haven’t tried the other two fish you mentioned but I 100% agree. Those springers are so delicious. I’m a tarter sauce gal and I don’t need it when I’m eating them.

Nick seems like a pretty good guide I see him a lot with the addicted boys😊 I am surprised you let he let you keep the clickers on the reels if there's a lot of seals around that is the dinner bell for those little buggers and with the Springer's that really hurts when you lose a fish😢
