I can empathize as during my first pregnancy I too suffered a miscarriage. What I can say is that grief never goes away, you just find different ways to cope. Know that it's OK to feel the way you do, grief has no expiration date. Immerse yourself in the things that make you happy, talk about how you feel (you may be surprised how common it is), know that it's NOT your fault and lean on Marcus (our partners are mourning too). TIP: You can put a resin top coat on your table tops. it makes them more durable and you will not get any knicks in your painted tops.

I was going to mention this as well. Kayla you definitely want to put a protective top coat on your tables to help with the scratches. Polyuthene works as well, several products you can try out there.

A good option for cleaning are micro fiber towels & e-cloths. Look into them ….environmentally better & saves on paper towels. Good job !!! Also, have you ever thought about putting a sealant on your paint projects. Look into it too, to prevent scuffs…a good polyurethane will shine & seal, depending on the look you want or a matte finish.

How about an antique dresser to go behind the couch (sofa table) to store Marshie’s belongings? You can decorate the top of the dresser with some lamps and sweet masonry decor. I had 2 miscarriages before having my 2 children. It was so hard to move on and baby showers triggered me until I had mine for my first born. It does get easier but you never forget the loss of your baby. Sending you love and light as you move forward. ❤

Hi Kayla, so sorry to hear about your miscarriage. I know it’s not easy and some days will be harder than some, but as time goes by it will get better. I too had a miscarriage years ago, and I was in a depression state of mind for some time and wasn’t sure how I was going to continue on, but God helped me through my tough days. Keep the cart and use it for entertaining. See if the olive tree will work in your bedroom by a window. Leave the small tables as they are, as you have enough pieces already painted black. I love the spring video and I’m sorry to hear about your grandfather, Grandparents are special it help me to relish in the memories. You and Marcus are going to have loads of kids. The first time I got pregnant I had a miscarriage it usually happens to a woman’s first pregnancy it’s going to take time to heal 🌺🌷🌼🌿

Hugs from Delaware! We love you and Marcus a beautiful black couple, Im definitely here for it! Definitely been a rocky winter for me too as well, I lost my grandpa December 3rd then I found out I was pregnant but this is my 3 rd pregnancy my other two babies is in Heaven so I was super stressed out and scared because of my fear of miscarrying again but god been with me! The grief never goes away but I’m so happy you finding things to do to make you happy and that you have Marcus as your rock, you will definitely get your rainbow baby! Love y’all so much❤❤❤

You can also use some lemon peel in the bowl of water to give your microwave a fresh clean smell. And don't forget to wipe off the vent in the back of the microwave. It helps with the longevity of the microwave.
