I want that shirt from Becca! Also the get up walk around and stretch is something I need to do. I got a negative email yesterday and was extremely upset and one of my colleagues saw me and said get up and go for a walk. It helped so much and I was in a better place to reply.
please do not throw clothes away ladies, donate...just a suggestion...I do short dresses and shorts at 70, we are Rockettes, haha!! however, i miss my wash board flat stomach so much, i can hold that roll there on the bottom...just really happy i can still enjoy food with no weigh ins!! what do you ladies think of Crystal Hefner's book? i walk a lot in all weather here in NYC, not one day i stay in all day even when sick, do 16 swing kicks on both legs twice a day and stretching each night...i basically live in sweats in the winter and shorts and tanks in the summer...staying up all night and sleeping until 3PM is the best part of retirement!! i wish i had Keltie's motivation for work, even when i was young...always looked forward to day off and recreation! I am cleaning the need to respond on social media to posts i disagree with...constantly cleaning all food left overs to my homeless good girlfriend who chooses to be (mental health) and home bound older neighbor. All clothes go to homeless...
