Not sure if this will help, but I used to have very bad anxiety and still do sometimes. Whenever I'm anxious or worrying about something, I ask myself if this is something that I will even remember or care about in a week, a month, a year, etc. I try to block my worries because it truly is a waste of time, time goes by so quickly and being anxious doesn't fix anything, it only harms us. It's hard for me to block them but I try to think of my favorite things and hobbies and it works, especially when I can't fall asleep because I'm worrying.

I went through a season of craving ice like crazy! When I went to the doctor for a check- up, I mentioned that to him, and he said that is a symptom of low iron. After blood work, his suspicions were confirmed. My iron level was very low.

It's totally low iron! My sis had that same issue. She got checked, and 8t was her iron. After she had a blood transfusion, she never craved it again. Make sure you get checked Hugs, and thanks for sharing your adventures with us

It's difficult to pinpoint how many hours because it is so fluid and varies week to week! I believe it is all about prioritizing your time though. I'm always working on that balance 🌼

Yay what a wonderful video after my gardening day..A tip for anyone trust me on this LoL I have an herb garden and was so beautiful with all herbs but this year Oregano took over the whole garden with a vengeance..I did some research and they are very invasive and member of the mint family..So I've been out all day digging it all up putting some in pots and gave alot away to family members..I'll grow oregano now in pots not the herb garden 😊😮..
