Great haul❤ Don't forget Dollar General. Some of the stuff is .25 cents cheaper, and they have burpee organics seeds sometimes.

I’m in Houston born and raised… the way stuff grows so beautifully here is addictive. It becomes an addiction. Don’t sweat the budget it pays for itself in the end. But I’m on my way to the dollar tree in Mo city 😂. You have inspired me to get out now.

Hey friend. I’m in Humble. Let me know if you can’t find the lemon cukes! If you can’t, I gotchu friend! Prayers to you and myself and the rest of us who are gardening, that this cold doesn’t kill off our trees and plants. I lost 5 citrus trees last year! The ones I could bring in today are now in my formal living room. 😂 I’m going to cover my avocados and hope my peach, apple, cherries and pear trees make it! 🤞🏾 This weather is nuts! Great haul. My $tree finally put out their gardening stuff. I went full throttle on the seeds. My harvest last year was bountiful/7b zone. This year I'm trying winter sowing. Crossing fingers it goes well.

Hi Helen…great video…have you tried peppermint oil spray to repel spiders. Probably should think again about moth balls since your pets might come in contact with the moth balls which are toxic as you already know. Again love your garden videos.❤️

Yes Stay spraying peppermint oil. We even put it on the dryer sheets and tuck them into the cushions

Hey Helen! Happy New Year. Enjoyed this haul video and I'm going to try your trellis for my small urban garden! Have you tried just cutting the bottoms of your bokchoi that you buy from the grocer and plant them...yhey do pretty well, just like celery bittoms💚

I usually put straw in my towers. It breaks down faster to me. But I do try to mulch them because it helps lock the moisture in

Hi Ms Helen...I pray all is well with you and all that is yours. Don't be so quick to toss the banana tree, I'm in zone 9B. We get down to 20 degrees some season. The tree looks like it travel thru West Hell, sometimes. But as soon as I trim the dead leaves off, around the end of March. She bounce back so so fast. If she is in ground, she will give you a few pup baby bananas, with little to no efforts.

I bought all my stuff to start gardening but when it came down to it the leaves grew back on the trees. My backyard is shaded in. I don’t know what I should do at this point.
