You will need watercolour paper, cake palette watercolours or tube paints, pencil and an eraser, 2-3 soft brushes eg, small detailed #0 and/or#1 and round brush #4 and/or #6, a water cup and paper towel. If you don't have watercolour paint you can use watered-down acrylic paint as well.

I totally lost my painting spirit last september and haven't touch my supplies since 😢 When I saw this one it made me feel so happy straight away that this is going to be my reason today or tomorrow to take everything back out again and start finding back my painting spirit. This is the perfect moment to find my happiness again as my week has been hard because I have tested positive on Covid, plus my dad passed away. This little gnome cheered me up so much. Thank you for that.

Beautiful painting .I love how you talk through the layers and about adding colour without all the science behind it.It makes it easier for those learning to master watercolours.Some tell all the pigments and what they are made of.That will put so many off painting.You explained perfectly in easy to follow steps .Now others will attempt to try this too.I love the background and the flowers on him too ..Love n Light 🥰

Colours are more in detail when it goes live as there are many colours you can use to make the same colour with cake palette or tube paints
