Great video, I’m planning on buying a sib on Monday how would you compare the carbon 365 to the excel? I am currently between the excel Voltaire 390 and the carbon 365. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.
The Carbon Pro 365 and the Scout 400 are hard to compare due to the difference in hull size- that'll be the biggest factor. But if you compare the 3.6m and 4m options of both line ups you'll see they should perform near identical - they're the same boat design with different fittings. The Volaire is an integrated air deck not an ally deck. The Carbon Pro 400 and Scout 400 would be great choices, and likewise worth looking at a Honwave T40
hi mate ive got the same trailer did you lower the rollers because of problems launching and retrieving? as i found it hard to get the sib on and off with it being that high? my boat catches on the nuber plate holder when winching off and jams on rollers when winching on i did lower the rollers but they wouldn’t pivot then as catch on mudgaurds thats why you’ve lowered the mudguards i take it?
Hi mate, I lowered the trailer not due to any problems I had other than wanting the boat to sit lower down and therefore mean I don't reverse so far in the water. The audio in that video was absolutely shafted so I had to hide the distortion with something. I've got a better mic solution now - editing as we speak so once its released please let me know if it sounds better!
