Oh congrats. I hope you end up falling in love with using it. The a6 is cute, but it’s so small and I’m afraid to admit a5 is my size, as it’s perfect for everything I want to add right now.
@@MamaGraciePlans I love A5 everything. I really enjoy a stalogy, but I don’t want to date anything. I don’t even know what I’m going to use the months or weeks for; but we’ll see. This is just for journaling, so it’s going to live on my desk. I was in A5 rings several years ago, but it’s so heavy to carry around. It was one of your videos about FCC in a Moterm that has me in a consistent system for the first time a decade! I should’ve stopped by to say thank you earlier! ❤️
@@GeneratedbyGinger oh wow that is great. I love it when a system sticks. It makes me uneasy when it doesn’t. I’m happy that you are here. I used a stalogy last year and turned it into a common place type of book. Lots of journaling and lists, but I also was using it like a hobonichi by drawing monthly and weekly sections. There are so many ideas for using the monthly and weekly sections without needing to use it functionally and I’m hoping to be able to do more art or non traditional ideas in mine.
Before you use packing tape go to a dollar tree, by the dishes they have a roll of clear adhesive shelf liner. Use that instead. I use it on my books that are soft covers. I learned it from my local library.
Ooh great idea. I actually have clear contact paper by duck brand I bought few years ago to use for transfer tape!! I forgot about this. Thank you for your wonderful suggestion.

I’m trying to remember if I have seen journaling content on your channel, do you love to journal? I can’t stop. I do it so much that I had to tell myself each child and grand child is getting their own. I loved my stalogy last year so the cousin is just a glorified journal. I’m not sure if I’m going to use the planning aspect of it (yet) if I don’t I kind of want to turn it into a collage art therapy. I’m still deciding and of course I’m adding sticky notes into sections on how I think I’ll set it up before making the first mark. I think you should give the hon a try. I really do.
@@Beverlyplans thank you. I thought it may make a great cover to protect it as I carry it with me to the bed and back to my desk 😂 also, for taking it out to the bookstore on our Sunday trip. The canvas is nice and thick. I’m impressed. On their website they show it filled with supplies for journaling. I have this wax I may use to apply to the pouch to protect it from spills.
