You just won the mullet thingy. No doubt about it...you threw a kill shot with the haircut. You look like a pro wrestler from the 80's. Well done sir...well done
Time for a cool drink and ten minutes staring at the lawn wishing for green up. Keep adding a small blooper at the end, I’m sure it made smiles for all that watch the entire video. Thanks.
Plot twist: the perennial rye grass was tall fescue. I’m glad you had the ear protection on while operating the manual spreader - important to tune out all the haters! I think I need a perm now...
Connor, I have the 80 lb. Spyker spreader and I love that thing. I expect it to last me many years of use. It, as you said, is a bit expensive, but it might be the last spreader that you buy.
Love your videos Conner! Personally if my grass grows, I mow it. If the weather is dry and I don’t have to mow that is great. If I would fertilize it it would grow faster. I don’t want that ! Still I love your videos !!
Your view and yard is awesome! If it was mine I would add a privacy hedge w minimal height to keep the mountain view. Could help prevent traffic going over your lawn. That tight corner though I’d probably try and get a parabolic mirror on a post for traffic to see around.
I don't know how I stumbled onto your videos, but you seem like a really cool guy and I had to subscribe. I am Latino from Washington DC, but for some crazy reason, I dig your Mullet and cool attitude . I envy your house and lawn. Wish I lived in a similar area like yours. Looks beautiful.
That is an old school Jake the Snake style mullet looking good. Also appreciate how safe you are with all the PPE. Gotta have that hearing protection and HiVis Vest to put down the seed. Too funny.
I know this video is a bit behind. But if you got a guy building those drags. i'd consider putting tabs off the front for the chain attachment points to get the pull point lower. with it up higher its trying to tip over the leading edge when it catches on something. Something to try anyways. Love the videos. Spent 8 hours in my yards today.
I see now, sissy grass was the reason you went soo hard on that detatcher!!! I thought that was the reason you renovated in the first place, so you can get something uniform.
Add multiple mounts so you can choose the angle of pull. Will stop the bouncing and allow fine tuning depending on the different heights people can couple it to whatever they use to pull it.
HAHAHA, that is a great dew Connor! It was a great day in the lawn, love your content. So satisfying, thank you for the video!! Can't wait to see what Ryan comes up with for a dew!!
Oh a new hairstyle. Looks good. I also have not gone to the hairdresser for months. Here in Germany 🇩🇪, the hairdresser were closed for months because of Corona. I have also started the new gardening season in the last few days and have aerated my lawn a bit and spread starter fertilizer. Your spreader is great. I must also buy one of these. Our „Rasenfreak“ Andreas Kraus has a similar one. They are much better than the small spreader. Stay healthy. Best wishes from Berlin
So much for that KBG monostand. 🤣 Does this mean that Ryegrass Ryan wins with which grass type is best? 🤔 I’m sticking with my bluegrass monostand. I ❤️ it!
Your original drag was butter on the lawn compared to the units you're selling.. i wonder if it's the weight and or if it's because the product for sale has a pivot point in the middle. Would love to see the unit you're selling with bags of fert/cinder blocks for weight
First Aussie 😁. Connor , I am looking forward to seeing you lawn journey , your gardens and hanging baskets in full bloom. Plus you’re good value for a laugh to cheer people up in these trying times of COVID. 😎👍👍
I had no idea you had well water. How do you get enough water pressure to run your sprinklers? Asking because I have a well, and never enough pressure to run more than 1 sprinkler at a time.
Good call on the Rye Pal, IMO, about time you did something with that patch in the front by the drive. I guess no Pre-Emerge this year? Next time your kids get a hair cut, go up to them, slap the back of their head and say, "I like your cut G". All the cool cats are doing it..... (4-5)
