Hi breck I also have hydrangeas they are normally really hardy and come up every year just make sure you dead head them after they flower and trim them down but it looks good
Aren't those Asiatic lilies? They don't look like calla lilies. They only bloom once, but you can divide them in the fall since they're bulbs. They kinda look like what you dug up before.
