If you look up "Mistana Crosstown Vanity" on Wayfair you'll find it! My husband got it for me as a present! :) I really love it, though a piece of the drawers came apart already (I may have broken it tho lol)

“I just wanted extra wine. because I was an alcoholic” 💀 love how casual you are about it lmao! We love an honest, self-aware queen. I was wondering if maybe you’d do a video on helping friends with an addiction? My friend is in a psych ward because she had marijuana-induced psychosis. I took her to the ER last week because she forgot who she is and was in full-blown mania, thinking she was God and trying to leave the house barefoot. She smokes herself to death. She lives in absolute filth, quit her job, and relies on the rent money of her roommates to pay her bills. When she’s not high, she’s depressed, agitated, and lashes out at people. She survives until she’s able to get stoned again. I’ve expressed concern, but she doesn’t think she has a problem since “marijuana isn’t addictive.” She thinks it helps with her anxiety. Granted, when she’s high, she’s not anxious because she’s not on fucking planet earth and smokes herself into a coma. I just don’t know how I can get her to see that it’s ruining her life. Maybe she’s not physically addicted, but she’s mentally & emotionally addicted. I prefer my sober friend over my stoner friend. I think marijuana can help with anxiety when smoked in therapeutic doses, but she binge-smokes until she’s a zombie and barely able to interact with her surroundings. I don’t trust her to cut back and dose appropriately because she lacks the self-control. I think she should just cut it out completely and live her best, sober life! Do you have any advice?

Thanks so much for your comment. Marijuana is really an insidious substance that so many people think is harmless. My sister is currently in a psych ward and has been in and out of them 15+ times this year due to bipolar 2 (induced by marijuana) and schizophrenia. We are at a loss of what to do... because we've basically run out of options because she can't see that she needs help. It's been 3 years or so of this. There are a few tips. One that you might not want to hear is that there is actually /nothing/ you can really do to get her sober. She has to want it herself -- which is hard when they're so deluded. You /can/ create boundaries for yourself -- what you're willing and unwilling to do for her because it's easy to become codependent with an addict. Maybe you're willing to take her to the ER if that's what she wants... but you're not going to take phone calls from her past 11pm (this was a boundary I set with my little sister). What I have found to work with my sister -- not to stop her being an addict, but to show her she's loved -- is to just love her and talk with her and spend time doing simple things. She's not capable of doing anything at all anymore and never leaves the house... but I took her to a park to walk around and look at ducks. She loved that. I really have so much to say about this... I'll try to do a video on it soon. Most of it is really taking care of your own self, but there are some resources to help them and I'll share those. Feel free to e-mail me if you want to talk more!
