Spring Ride on the Katy Trail - MKT from Columbia to Rocheport to Hartsburg 

This week's adventure takes us down the MKT from Columbia, MO turning west down the Katy Trail at Hindman Junction towards Rocheport. After Checking out the tunnel in Rocheport, we turned east towards Hartsburg but stopped off at a winery with a great view of the Missouri River. Once we arrived in the cute town of Hartsburg, we set up camp and cooked a shrimp pasta dinner. Yes, shrimp...it had been thawing in my trunk bag during the ride. It was a fun end to a great day!
