Again, it's so nice to see how all of your kids do this -as I call it - " intuitive skiing ", just as their equipment is a part of them! That's what I miss in modern skiing lessons in Europe, that people are no longer instructed in handling their equipment, they don't even teach them how to get up without opening their binding... And I love Adias giggling!!!
Ok, now I know where August gets his sking style from. His Mom!! And August is an AWESOME big brother! Even when he patiently explained to Adia about sharing her bar with him.♥️ And like everyone on the planet, LOVE Adia's giggles and fun spirit!💕
Rescue rider daddy rescuing the larabar👍......your kids are so kind to one another, I love to see it 😇❤💯, and yes those giggles from Adia just get cuter and cuter.
yeah as always her laughter is impossible not to like. and thats one hell of a older brother. good karma his way. but what really hit me in this video were: you got reconized! from the chair lift, they knew you. so your getting out there. thats amazing
DDoA, well done August. Thats nice and so kind of you sharing with your little sister. You and Luca are already very good skiier and Adia will follow you both. Well, even she seems to bit crazy but thats only her expression of enjoying and having fun. Her giggling is so heartwarming. You guys are so awesome.
Props to the entire family and thank you for sharing with all of us! Big moves from everyone but Luca getting sendy on the jumps and that tall box.... What a stud!!!
Awwww August is such a sweet big brother ❤️ all of you are just so amazing, love adia giggling and her confidence, she is a darling ❤️ stay blessed and beautiful sweet
You’re doing it right! It’s so fun to ski together after all the years of hard work. A family that skis together stays together. My dad did it for us at BogusBasin, Boise Idaho 50 years ago, and I did it with mine starting in backpacks, back when they allowed kids in backpacks on the chairs.
Do peeps have "rock skis" like we did many years ago? Memories of p-tex repair on the bases, lol. Thanks for brinnging back the pure jiy of skiing for all.
Spring is by far my favorite for skiing! No crowds, warm and sunny weather. Ski it like a slow-motion powder day and it's just as fun. Graduation from toddler to Little Ripper! Greetings from sunny Heavenly Valley!
She did do one ski. She is catching on fast. I think it's her brother's that are helping her. She is chasing them. One day she will surpass them. She us that good.
OMG, that move Luca did at 7:05! That hurts just looking at it. Oh to be young and flexible (and injury free). Surprised you guys have such soft snow up there.
The best 8+ minutes of my day 😎 i loved the base grind at 5:50.😆 Luca you had some good jumps- your legs seem like rubber though- how did you do that kick turn sideways leg contortion? August that was so nice of you to share 🤗.
DO NOT LET THE SKI SEASON END ! I TEACH SNOWBOARDING IN VAIL, COLORADO AND WE ARE OPEN TILL MAY 1ST ( IF THERE IS ANY SNOW LEFT ! AND BRECKENRIDGE, ARAPAHOE BASIN & LOVELAND SHOULD BE OPEN UNTIL MAY 31ST OR LONGER ! SOMETIMES JULY OR AUGUST ?
Hey can you give me any, absolutely any tips on teaching my daughter. I got her to stand,do pizza,French fries. But when she starts to pick up speed she just bails and sits down, how do I teach her to traverse to control speed? I snowboard so I'm not too experienced on skis
Choose terrain that when she "picks up speed" the terrain will slow her down shortly after. Terrain, terrain, terrain is everything. Being on a slope where you can choose to begin at different heights with a great flat run out, with no obstacles is how my kids starting getting comfortable picking up a bit of speed....And of course, teaching them to snowplow and push their heels out (by putting them into place) helps control their speed by stopping - but this has to be done at a slower speed they are comfortable at.
