I'm not into this fashion thing but I love the combination between the Chromatics's music and the runaway show. The tempo of the songs fits nicely with the catwalk and atmosphere of the scenery. Oh, and those cold and lovely ladies!
I love walking around Liberty Memorial here in Kansas City while listening to this with my headphones on, it makes me feel like I'm one of the models walking in this beautiful show 😂
One of my favorite collections. I love the huge pearl jewelry and the clothing was fabulous! I never get tired of watching any of Karls collections. Viva Coco Chanel!
Cara is absolutely the most gorgeous model in the show! Her face is just wow! Also Kati Nescher is kneck to kneck! Hard to say one is more lovely then the other!
Exquisite Spring collection! I especially love the black and white stripe platform shoes... I really want some of those! It's so true to the Chanel look... I love it!
After reading and watching interviews with Karl Lagerfeld I feel like I'm coming to understand what he stands for and who he is as a designer and I like his views and principles. you do not need to see the chanel logo on the cloths to know it's chanel you can see the chanel in the collection by paying attention to the aesthetic in the designs.
The grand scale of the set, the designs coupled with the music by Chromatics has me returning often to watch again and again. Does anyone else have shows they consider to be excellent that I could check out?
I would never wear/hated most of it. But those pieces that I loved, I LOVED! I believe that that's how fashion should be- visceral love and hate and passion for pieces and styles and designers and collections. If you love everything that comes out then you're not passionate enough about your aesthetics and personal style and if you hate everything you're not open-minded enough to be a part of the fashion world, a world that is constantly changing and evolving, in your style and preferences.
I am here because of "Chromatics' performance. However, having taken a glance at the catwalk, must admit, Lagerfeld had a good taste in music. It all suits fine.
this is the most beautiful collection i've ever seen before, Karl is not a human being!! he is the GOD of fashion, i still can't believe my eyes, where did he come up with such the piece of art, the collection is actually peerless, this is just too perfect!!!!
Beauty collection very fresh and chic. I think Karl did a great job, right always does. But I loved the design of the runway "WIND POWER" An exquisite collection of spring.
We loved the white tweed cape and jacket hybrid, black feather-painted eye make-up sprawling over her face and more black feathers tumbling from her hair. Wow!
Awesome staging as usual, brilliant accessories. Some of the outfits are gorgeous like the blue trim cropped jacket & dresses (04:00 & 05:17); some outfits like several of the last dresses looked good on photograph only; while some others are very disappointing. Stella Tennant get the weirdest dress (09:00) in my opinion.
her voice is sad in a good way........Love the set and the clothes are perfect for women of all ages......Chanel is always on point and so many covetable pieces. Some other houses will have one or two star designs...these separates are put together well and you can mix them to death or toss them with jeans......Great Team they all respect and listen to one another and work like a symphony.....that is how you make a house like CHANEL....The father died but thankfully he left it to Virginie who was with him for over 20+ years listening to him and him listening to her. That is how you forge a bond as thick as this. Other houses fall because one person can't work with another....or there is jealousy within the house.....It happened to many of them....CHANEL bought everyone and saved the Couture houses like LESAGE and Montex and lagoon and everyone works together to put out the most beautiful and coveted clothes for the wealthiest women who keep it alive.....CHANEL is a solid house. McQueen survived too because of the environment. I think it is crucial to tell whoever will listen how you di whatever you do so your legacy is preserved. A beautiful realization is to see something like this and know it is because they all work for themselves for the House, CHANEL is a blueprint for anyone who wants to see the environment of an atelier. This video made me emotional because I would love to be apart of a house like that. BRAVO,GENIUS AND ABSOLUTELY SUBLIME......I'am officially obsessed with Chanel and the behind scenes dynamic. VIRGINIE BROUGHT IN A NEW ERA. ABSOLUTELY BLOWN AWAY WITH THE AMOUNT OF ATTENTION THEY GARNER BY EXECUTION AND NOT MISHAPS. I'am in tears.
Demetrius is totally right we can see Chanel in the collection even without the logo, that's a fact; but for me Chanel need a bit of "i don't know what" a touch of youth
I understand why people think Chanel lacks youthful qualities but the truth of the matter is that the middle aged or older woman is usually more established settled down and all in all a better customer! Runway shouldn't be taken so literally anyhow observe the looks piece by piece and surely then you'll be able to see how certain pieces will work for the younger girl.
