OMG!!!!! I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR THIS SONG ALL NIGHT, I WAS JUST HUMMING IT AND TRYING TO FIGURE THE REST OF THE LYRICS AND THE ONLY THING I COULD THINK OF WAS TALK TO THE RAIN, AND THAT'S WHAT THIS SONG WAS CALLED, THANK GOD, I HAVE NOT HEARD THIS SINCE THE 74, I WAS IN THE 6TH GRADE.. THANK YOU FOR POSTING THIS..
Found a tape that I haven't listened to in year and this song and You're So Hard To Forget are on it. Just downloaded both songs from iTunes. Love this song. Thank you for uploading it!
Wonderful song. knew this group personally. Very very talented young men. My friend was Tommy. I am Hinton Campbells wife. Don't know if Tommy or Gwen are still alive. Haven't seen them since the early 80's.
I also had both of those records - as well as "We're Not Getting Any Younger: by Kaleidoscope. As a matter of fact, I once was part of a DJ Training School called Kaleidoscope in NYC and blew their minds when I put "Thank You" on the turntable! By the way, thanks Buffalo for. not only some great DJ's like Frankie Crocker & Gary Byrd (actually most of WWRL) but Rick James and Grover Washington Jr.
