These are great! Are these still allowed given the new rules on no top down bottom up situation? I'm in Canada - trying to find an alternative for top down bottom up as I can no longer order them here.

Having similar blinds there will be a large amount of dust accumulation onto blind material at the base opening - this is an ongoing problem for dirty blind tops when open.
