I am so excited. I live in Mesa Arizona. My first spring training game is Saturday. Went to the Dbacks fan fest Saturday. This season will be fun every team plays every other team for the first time So cool
I love Spring Training baseball. My uncle works at the Reds/Guardians facility in Goodyear, Arizona, so I try to go out there a few games every season to watch them play my Oakland A's. It's great to see the players interacting with the fans at the level they can during Spring Training. In your words, "It's a vibe!"
He used to be mainly in the car doing small towns and a few disney/baseball etc mixed in. Now it's mainly this stuff/disney and rarely in the car. Miss the way show used to be.
For those of us in the cold Midwest city of Kokomo spring training marks the start of warmer weather on the horizon… I am so excited. Go Braves! (Sorry Adam ;))
That was really neat! I really kind of want to see the player sign things because I like seeing how the players interact with fans. I find player/fan interactions interesting.
Several years ago my daughter's soccer team was playing in the Disney's Presidents Day Tournament at ESPNWWS while the Braves were there for Spring Training. Prior to the girls' warm ups, Brian Snitker stopped and initiated a conversation with my daughter and a teammate for about 5 minutes. Later, Ron Washington stopped and talked to the parents for a few minutes and the Braves players stopped and joined in a team picture. It was a fabulous time for those girls!

I've followed Choi since he was with the Brewers. It was sad to see him go, but it will be nice to see him more in Milwaukee with the Pirates being in our division. Guaranteed he will receive a warm reception every time the Bucks are in town!
I understand the autograph thing, you don't really want to ask because it seems like more of a kid thing. But I do love how much Wander was signing, it shows a lot of class that he knows how much it means to his fans. If I were famous, my signature would be absolutely worthless because would sign everything put in front of me! Looking forward to your videos you have planned at other stadiums! Go Angels!

They should have had some rays hats with Mickey ears on them when you go to games, take a sharpie with you cuz you can get your tickets signed if you get a paper ticket
It’s awesome that they are Spring Training (at least part of the time) at Disney. I am sure you love this commute a lot more than to the Trop. You seem a lot happier now that you are back home in Celebration. Traveling and exploring is fun but it is always nice to come back home for a little while.
Being a fan of a team, is like a roller coaster ride, got to live with the ups and downs, which is a sign of a true fan. I have always enjoyed the beginning of the season, starting with a clean slate.

Taking time to meet the fans, sign autographs- that's a good way to earn that legendary status. You don't need to be the best player, just be a great human being, and people will remember you fondly.
Having grown up in Southern California (and I'm sure you're familiar with this since you spent a lot of time there too), I've met a lot of famous people, and my perception was usually that they just wanted to be left alone--like all of us. I too would have had a difficult time requesting an autograph from one of the players.

I'm headed down to Florida in late March to try and catch a game at all 13 spring training parks in a week, all by car. Also bummed it's just the one game at Disney in February. I would have loved to be able to catch a game there. Still looking forward to checking out the Trop for the first time... it's so unique that it's been on my baseball bucket list for a loooong time. So happy baseball is back!!

There are some players that are training with their Country Teams who will play in the Baseball World Classic , like Randy Arozarena will be with the Mexico Team , since he can't represent Cuba , he became a Mexican citizen , since he married a Mexican Woman and has a child-girl born in Mexico /
Great spring training video when you mention the Durham Bulls and Montgomery Biscuits wish you mention the other teams like High A Bowling Green Hot Rods and back to Back Low A Carolina League Champions the Charleston Riverdogs actor Bill Murray own part team he also is director of Fun I know you went to Denver to see the Rockies vs Padres and you do Rays away games to when the Rays is at Coor Field will explain it to the fan that you been there before but not at Rays game in 2022 it the same weekend as the 2022 Stanley Cup Final between the Tampa Bay Lightning vs Colorado Avalanche keep up the video

Nice video of spring training here. I did not know the Rays had relocated to the ESPN complex. Saw a Braves game there a few years ago. Nice facility. Way better than Port Charlotte.
I've got a couple of 90's Braves autographs, Glavine, Nixon, Deion, and Blauser, that's cool, but I also have an Adam The Woo one too! We used to visit spring training with Braves at Disney, really was bummed when they moved on.
