Something to consider with your skin. I had massive inflammatory process and when I went to my dermatologist she stresses that less is more with skin care. She said I was way over doing it with the amount of products I was using. I ended up simplifying with Skin medica TNS, HA5 and the even and correct at night followed by lotion. I also only use Obaji tretinoin and it is a great formula and gel no alcohol smell. And in the morning I do the skin medica AHA/BHA face wash exfoliating wash. Anyway this regimen changed my skin for the best. Thought I would share and not gatekeep!!
Always such a great reminder!! Sometimes because your skin is freaking out, you start freaking out and start lathering on products to try to help but it really just ends up doing the opposite. My skin can't tolerate AHA/BHA and medical grade as it used to unfortunately, and most of the time the ingredients aren't fully non-comedogenic and/or my skin has a reaction even if it is! It can be such a frustrating journey at times. I really appreciate you sharing your experience and I'm so glad you found a routine that works for you! ❤️
I still think you might love the obaji Tretinoin. It’s a much better formulation than the creams and other gels. Let me know if you end up trying it! I can only tolerate using it 2xs a week. I set it for Wed and Sunday nights.

As far as tretinion I just want to make sure you know about using it with plenty of skip days in between. I now use it every night without pilling but started out with using it twice a week. It’s taken over a year to get here. Also I put a moisturizer on before and after allowing several minutes between each thing.
