PSDT at 5 is brilliant he has a loosey's work rate meaning BJDix is an extra loosey. Cobus has been a bit slow in distribution if going SFM at 10, I'd pair Grant Williams with SFM & Cobus with Handre. If starting Handre, i'd maybe consider GW's as a start as well for quick ball, think Boks must get early scores to get AB's head dipping.
We as Springbok supporters have only ONE worry, who is our 3rd hooker? Further there is absolute sweet nothing that should worry us about players depth, quality and selections.
Grobelaar was released from the camp just for these 2 upcoming tests against NZ but Rassie confirmed he is now the official 3rd choice and will return for the Argentina tests
I do not think the AB's are a side that loses sleep about how the Boks will select their team, they have enough self believe to take on any side. Me thinks but might be wrong.
OX winning penalties in the 2nd halve with Pollard off the bench make kicking goals to close it out. PSDT at 5 and BJD at 7 is our best options now and RG of the bench. I would also go Cobus and Sasha to start and play expansive in the 1 st halve (similar to how they fight fire with fire against France in the QF)
The ABs will be looking to exploit the new players, putting them under pressure ,in saying that we will be doing the same. What i would like to see is innovative brutality using brute force with the bok evolution progressing ,utilising and perfecly been executed by our younger players' unique skill sets together with the vast experienced of player's coming off the bench to finish up...Rassie and the coaching staff has show the world of rugby and us die-hard fans the capability and depth we currently possess, if it's utilised correctly i dont see any team beating us any time soon, what we do need is another few games with the Irish, they have been remarkably good against us lately.#Bokinnovativebrutalitymovingforward.
@@poerava He has been playing a strategic game with refs for years. Was an absoulte monster with them for a year then spent a year "correcting" himself. Making it clear how he tried to appoint Nigel Owens and then Peyper. He hasnt said a bad thing in a while. And hey all of a sudden we are getting a lot of calls in our favour!!! The man is a genius. I really do believe there is method in all of his madness
@@JandL855 The calls that World Rugby acknowledged were errors to NZR The try being called back 4 phases, not 2 as stated in the world rugby website under TMO protocols. Look it up. Mitigating factors for Sam Cane’s red card. The error that was shown back to Wayne Barnes on the TV and he was alerted to it, by the captain and acknowledged the error, yet allowed the kick to proceed. All acknowledged errors that swung the game. We out played SA In every metric. It took the worst officiating that I’ve ever seen to rob us from It.
I don't get this Kobus thing cause he won't make the RWC27. You've got world cup winning youngsters there...but I would agree if Wiese doesn't start because he hasn't been playing rugby..
All of what you are saying might be true, but flying a helicopter does not mean you are a good pilot. He might possess good leadership qualities, but that does not make him a quality player. Thus far I have seen absolutely nada ability on the field of play to justify his inclusion. Like I have alluded to previously, the only time you see him is when taking the field and coming off the park. In broken play, defense, ball skills and the likes he features nowhere. I for one, even if I run out of other options, will not select him.
I don't think your level of rugby intellect is superior to mine having played at a higher level than jus club rugby, and also having had the privilege of officiating in senior level rugby, but be that as it may. Nowhere have I claimed or even hinted on the idea that RG is the number one 5 lock in world rugby, but he is very close to that mantra. I wonder what the world's lowest ranked coach (Rassie) sees in the man? I will have to speak to Rassie and direct him the right direction. I never thought of it, but thanks to your insight I finally see the light of day why the Springboks are performing so poorly. Rest assured, RG will never again play for the Springboks once I have informed Rassie of his stupidity. Nag ou Grote.
Please i hope no Moerat...and with reputations amd deeprooter rivalry at stake hope Rassie wont become a mad scientist and experiment with new vs experience
Sounds like a lot of BS to me? I am all for bleeding young players BUT not in the first test against the AB's. Wrap up the Championship first and then experiment all you want!
…exciting one, thanx Jordan Let us see And in the meantime both English and AB’s camps have Asst Coaches upheavel…❓ Just hope for Joe’s sake he finds his feet soonest… Rassie has a sensible plan so has Tony Stokke Daan What a helluva setup at his disposal… AND the goodwill of the Bok Supporters crowd : that must be worth TWO additional players’ weight and skills, hey? EllisPark IS going to be WAR ~ a given‼️💫🥂 👊🔥 🪖
It has does not change the fact as a player there is better players in his position.Personally I think the next capt. comes out the sentre position, maybe the weekteam captian Moerat.
Salmaan Moerat, Salmaan Moerat! A name you hear so much, but that is where it starts and ends. You see him taking the field, but never thereafter. He brings absolutely nothing to the party.
@@FrancoisSauer-ys3qc Had suffered an immense injury which kept him out of the game for more than a year. Would have been in the RWC 2023 team. Now on the comeback trail. Had been earmarked a long time ago as the next Bakkies Botha and Bok captain. Was captain of SA schools, SA under 18 and SA under 20. Have you noticed how often he was part of the Bok 23's lately? Even as captain on one or two occasions? A fluke? Think again mate.
