Some of the AB's fans in the comments section are feeling persimistic. I know your team isn't dominating as it has always known to dominate but I personally think your team is still a deadly opponent with a great fighting spirit. The world cup final in 2023 speaks volumes about the spirit of the AB's. They can possibly win both games in SA. I'll always have tons of respect. Much love from a Boks fan.
I'm a lifetime Bok fan .We Bokfans always have and always will love and respect the Mighty New Zealand All Blacks ...u guys can NEVER be we don't stress ...Every Bok fans nomber 2 team is All Blacks
James parsons said it perfectly on the rugby pod. The moment we don't have the expectations that we should win both tests is the moment the care goes for the jersey. Yeah you can be realistic, but we shouldn't be okay with the all blacks losing
Superb match in the making. The backs on both teams will decide the result. As an Irish supporter, I haven't been so excited for a game in a while. I'll be glued to it. Best of luck to both. Just bring it
Cannot wait. I'm loving the underdog status for our All Blacks, I think Razor has the balance as right as can be expected. As a lifelong All Blacks supporter, it is compulsory to watch the Boks v anyone else in the lead up to these games, they've been deadly this year, completely dismantled the Wallabies, very impressed with this exciting young 10 for the Boks & yes their back 3 is probably the most dangerous in the world right now. I am liking the look of our back 3 though, Clarke & Jordan can both find the line, they're big & fast & both like the ball in their hands, Beauden is Beauden. The forward match up looks very exciting, two very big packs looking to impose themselves upon the other. Oh boy.
I get the feeling that Rassie is forming Grant Williams into an impact sub as well. Bringing on his speed for the last 20 will be draining on tired opponents - especially at altitude.
@@CliffieScottWilliams Williams hasn't actually shown his speed in recent test matches. Just went through the motions of clearing out (and rather slowly, I have to add), adding nothing special to the team. Personally I think the 9s we have are the Boks' greatest weakness. Reinach and Faf are still miles ahead of the rest. I hope Van den Berg gets more opportunities soon.
I can see the ABs doing well but I am just loving watching the bokke play at the moment. So much support and it’s great to see. And how awesome is it to have Elizabedi back and fit for the game
Ps just wanted to make a comment on how refreshing it is watching your videos. You always manage to remain impartial and don’t do videos slating the opponents and it’s great to watch.
Hey, 1 pointers is a Bok thing! Just good banter mate. This is going to be epic. Both sides supporters on the edge. Lets hope for a free flowing game without the officials being in the limelight, they love to have the “ man of the match moments”.
Good to see Sam Cane back for the defending Rugby Championship winners, the Springboks haven't won the Rugby Championship in 5 years, but I feel that they have the team to lift the trophy in 2024.
Yeah, wonder if we'll see Sam cane fight in UFC. The way he tried to knock kriel out is still so funny to me. Let's hope he gets carded again, that would be funny
Yeah plus we've that the Freedom Cup since like 2010? It's never been a big thing like the Bledisloe, but it could become a thing if the sides are evenly matched for it for an extended period
Woo hoo 🎉 a 2 test series between the mighty ones! Gonna be epic. This is one of my top 5 rugby channels along with Eggchasers, Boks Office/The Verdict, Keo & Zels/The Money Man and the Breakdown... bryn and james, Koko and the GBRs round out my top 10
Great game ahead. AB’s are going through what we Boks went through 9 - 10 years back. They dangerous and can beat anyone on the day, but need time to become great again under a new coaching structure. The NZ supporters need to be patient. 🇿🇦 Boks by 12. Always exciting to play our greatest rivals from across the pond.
All Blacks vs Springboks pack size for the weekend. SA pack weight: 909kg Front row weight: 361kg Average height: 1.87m Average age: 30.1 NZ pack weight: 926kg Front row weight: 378kg Average height: 1.92m Average age: 28
So you saying the back 5 are identical weights. Tamati Williams bing the difference :). To add to the stats : Front Row: SA - 178 caps vs NZ -135 caps - Total pack : SA - 377 caps vs NZ - 432 caps. It's going to be an epic game!!
@aakilomar already started because our boys eat meat potatoes and pap and sous. Things our DNA crave in South Africa. Like OX salads don't win scrums🤣🤣🤣🤣 our boy are big and yes scrum might be lighter then kiwi's scrum pack but don't let the weight fool you. Fyi with caps in mind and the bomb squad boy I feel not sorry for the AB's I am crying for them. This ellispark curse will swing this weekend just like it did in Brisbane. The championship cup is coming to South Africa to join the world cup
Love this winning AB's team..impact on the bench, Darry is the tallest man from both sides, if he can come on and upset the line ups or even win some that would leave the bomb squad redundant...Samipeni is the hit man and cortez will be the wizard.
That's a hell of an exciting Bok lineup, but the ABs have their special aura for a reason. ABs _always_ raise their game against SA, plus this time they're out to prove a point or two. Still, i think Boks by a score.
Riaan / Bokke / South Africa is an avanger and Tony or 2 Cents / Kiwi / New Zealand also an avenger. As a rugby connisuer, the hype is real. Amen Gentz, we have made it too the pinnacle of the Rugby Championship and no mention of "revenge final" of the World Cup. United We Stand; Divided We Fall😂
Its gonna be a classic Nz flair and attack vs Bok defense and physicality type game, If Nz can get of to one of those fast starts of theirs they can win, however the way to beat Nz is to keep them under constant pressure and force them into making mistakes and then capitliasing on those mistakes, Whatever happens its gonna be thriller.
NZ held the best team mantle for decades, we are still around and capable of causing an upset but the shear size and physicality of the Sth African forwards and speed of the backs means its gunna be along day at the office for my favourite team....
This will be fascinating. It always is when these two rugby icons clash. This will be Razor’s biggest test in the hit seat so far. But the All Blacks are a team which you never write off.
Man I was feeling this game was going to be so tight but those stats you mentioned at the end - tries against, mauling tries for, ABs conceding (soft?) mauling tries against Arg and Eng,. points in the last 20 for boks... Feel a lot more confident haha cheers Mark.
I hate to say this but I think were going to have issues at scrum time. The Boks are looking a little unsettled with our lock pairing and our loosies, up against a Kiwi side with major motivation. Scrum and gain line dominance is going to be key and will set the tone for the winning team. Can the bench clinch it for the Boks? or can the Kiwis re-write the script, which is perfectly setup for them to snatch which they're so good at...Lets go Boks this is going to be a cracker.
Looking forward to this match. Fully supportive of the Springboks. Not going to underestimate the ABs at all. I'm going to be so nervous for the whole 80mins. Omg if it's another 1pt match, I'm going to expire 😅
A key to the record Springbok victory at Twickenham last year was the fact that the Springboks chose lineout malls and scrums instead of kicking when in the All black half. They might have unlocked a cheat code. I wonder whether they'll go this route again on Saturday.
Some of the bok confidence is reminiscent of the Irish right before the semi final last year.. All bets are off when these two teams face each other...
the Irish before the semi last year, legitimately reminded me of the ABs every world cup cycle up until 2011....and the way the ABs played against Ireland in that semi, reminded me of how the Boks always play against the ABs...
Hard to say who's going to win but it's going to be an intense contest. Either team can smash it on the day. For a while there, there seemed to be less competition between the two sides, but in the last 5 years especially, this rivalry has come back once again.
I just want the all blacks to play our DNA which is a game at pace with front foot ball and quick pass from half back to iginate our dangerous backline and attack from every where when we have the ball. The boks will play their game and let's see what happens 😊
Very happy with how the nz pack and bench is split. Could have some good impact late in the game. Really wish Proctor had some more game time in previous matches. Just seems he can't be selected yet due to experience, but he's not getting the chance to get the experience? Catch 22. Gonna be a tough game for nz, gotta up their physicality
sam cane/ ethan combo with scott moving to flanker possibly and two fresh locks on the 2nd half. ABs bringing the sledge hammer to a bok side with a massive injury tally.
It's a hellova strong All Black team - that 6 point spread by the bookies is way too much. As a Saffa I am sweating for this one and even more for the Cape Town test.
On the Rugbyhub podcast it was mentioned that if the forwards can get parity with the Boks power the AB backs will get the job done. Seeing this ABs team.: it could swing their way 😅
i reckon if you were on the breakdown it would be a much more bearable show you deserve international recognisition although you are a kiwi you are not biased
Man, I want the ABs to win, but this SA team is the best I’ve seen in an age. 1 each? I’d be happy. Both would be a dream. But wouldn’t be surprised to see 2 and 0 to SA.
Bro Aumua needs a big game he has got it in him devastating ball runner just reckon he needs to just got to go at everything with some confidence including of course those lineouts !! but he can be a huge asset to our bench impact
With all of the Boks squad depth, the lock injuries have certainly stretched them and made for some interesting juggling in the forwards- what effect will it have on their ‘usual’ forward power? Solid AB team- big question will be McKenzie’s performance at 10.
Looking forward to a great game on Saturday. It doesn’t get much better than this match up. The Boks should do it at Ellis Park, but the Cape Town test is going to be challenging, no altitude advantage and the weather could play a part. Currently there’s been snow on Table Mountain and lots wind and rain.
Ellis Park altitude hasnt stopped the Allblacks from winning 6 out of the last 9 there. Remember 2022.. SA won in Nelspruit and everyone thought ELLIS PARK YEEEEAH we gonna get them 2 in a row... then they did what NZ does..
I think the ABs will make a good showing of it. A close game, but Boks at home will be too strong. It is possible that the ABs will steal it, but with Etzebeth back I think it's unlikely. Despite the injuries, the Bok's bench is very, very strong. Will still be a great game.
@@TwoCentsRugby he's a big unit, so his fitness will be tested, that lung burn has to be experienced to be understood, and standing over 1.9m having to scrum Ox who is only 1.76m tall will be a test of technique
2.5 hours to the game. Gonna be meaty. Close, but the Bokke by 3-5 unless one side or the other gets a bit panicky..which the AB's don't usually do. Can't wait!
20% of AB starters are Barretts - always a very good omen. No injuries. No whacky ref or TMO calls, but the Boks so deserve a bunch of cards considering their last few matches. Go ABs!
LETZ GO THE MIGHTY ALL BLACKS 💪💪💪💪💪💪🖤🖤🖤 c’mon you big nasty bokkies! We gonna rumble you guys! Gonna be a legendary match. Lets go RAZOR unleash Caleb!!
In my opinion the Boks will only be "full strength" when Manie Libbok and Canan Moodie are also in the squad. These guys have rugby IQ, and are lightning fast. Jesse has upped his game tremendously, but I am no de Allende supporter. I would move Sacha to replace him any day, making place for the talented Libbok at 10.
I think there is a lot of hype around this game , there could only be one winner from my point of view as a kiwi,i think the boks will take this one no pun intended
I'm a Willie fan thinks he organize our attack the best of every one... But fassie is better under the high ball (I'm sure nz is gonna pepper him and our wings with high balls and cross kicks)
Worse lineout stats for the Boks down to Moerat and Grobbelaar. Moerat not a great exponent and Grobbelaar also missed the targets. Expect Bongi to find his jumpers this time and Boks to win 90% of their own lineouts. Big game loading however. Expect ABs to kick quite a bit. At leat 7 tries in this game. Hope we see no cards at all!
No bigger game really in rugby. Bro you like stats, who’s the cardiest ref? What’s the comparison with northern hemisphere refs, since this one is Irish. Angus Gardiner loves the cards and another Aussie loves the warnings, can’t wait to go for the pocket. Hope the ref doesn’t ruin a tough mans game.
