Why you get rid of the old ar all you have to do is upgrade your BCG or barrel. You gone end up upgrade the bcg on that one also

It was probably the display in the store - I had the same situation. Same reason the piece of plastic was empty - the mag was in that plastic but they probably had it all out for display.
