You guys are Awesome!!! I just had my first crash of my first season this past Sunday. I went down at the end of a rhythm section and broke my collarbone. 🤕 Time to recover and take in some pointers. I’m 43 and the wife is not happy. 🥴

just got a block yesterday. but can't find any videos on how to get on the block the best way my wife and I are having issues get on to the block without leaning too far to left and the back tire kind of off the ground I see in your vid that you roll up to it, but we do not have the balance as you do to roll up. can you make a vid on the best way for beginners?

I was practicing sprints this even and noticed I was holding my breathe a lot. In your next training video, would you consider covering your breathing techniques before, during (gate, first 30', etc), and after?

I breath out when the cadence starts and slowly breath back in during. I’m holding before the deeps and exhaling on my first couple pedals

As far as time differences, on the sprint block, the starting place is the same but isn't, as you can roll back a hair to simulate a gate start. For comparison, it's like having the stand back another couple inches.

Please make a video based around clip pedals. I’m new to racing and don’t know what shoes or pedals to get. No idea what brands are the best or when to get clip pedals

if you are doing BMX racing in the USA or Canada you can't ride clips in 11 and under or in novice class. however, you can ride clips if you are riding cruiser class. once you reach intermediate you can ride clips.
