Great video. You should check out the dual captains chairs from JMG seating. They make crash tested DOT approved seats for sprinters and that would open up a walkway in the middle for your interior.
Sleeping parts is huge. Was going to go with Adventure Wagon as well but the inflatable solution seems better from a management and storage conversation. I have 3 little ones so we need that bench.
Is there a specific inflatable bed options you guys have in mind? I've been thinking about the inflatable beds from Luno but curious if you had found any other sprinter van specific inflatable options.
Thank you! No A/C. The goal with the van was to keep it fairly simple without too many creature comforts that would lure us inside more often. There have only been a few nights in which we felt the need for A/C.
The most obvious problem is you chose the short-wheelbase van. I don't know the specific dimensions of your van, but my extended 170 4x4 has 16' between the driver's seat and the rear doors. That would have been a huge improvement in your options for accommodating four people. The shortie is better for off-road duty, I doubt you really did much hard-core 4x4 with the family.
