Hi Andrea, all current SPRO recorders, come with the capability to set up a tripwire and define intrusion areas. This means that the instruction in this video should be applicable and work for your system. However, if you're encountering any issues or difficulties in implementing these features, we kindly ask you to send the details of your recorder (including the model number and any other relevant information) to our support team at support@sprocctv.com. They will be more than happy to assist you in resolving any problems you may be experiencing.
Hai Team, At 4:23 to 4:25 Min, Intrusion did not detected but looks like he is inside area, at 4:26 it detected, How can we know that he entered into the intrusion area.
Thank you for your observation and for bringing this to our attention. In this demonstration, we've created a relatively demanding scenario in which the system was expected to detect an individual within the intrusion area (without breaking the perimeter), emerging from behind an object, wearing dark clothing, and at a considerable distance. Despite these challenges, the system successfully identified the presence of a person within just a couple of seconds. However, you are correct in pointing out that between the timestamps 4:23 and 4:25, the intrusion detection system had not yet registered the target's presence. We'd anticipate faster detection times in more conventional applications and at shorter distances, as evidenced by the system's prompt detection of the target later in the video when they emerge from behind a vehicle. Our technology has also advanced considerably since this video was made, further reducing the likelihood of any detection delays. In response to your question "How can we know that he entered into the intrusion area?", I'd direct you to this video: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-5grK9vbrf00.html which will detail how to get notifications set up on your phone. We trust that this explanation addresses your concerns and offers greater clarity. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
Although false positives (such as an animal being detected) are rare, they can still happen. You can help rectify the problem, by using the ‘Target Size Filter’ feature. With this feature, you tell the system what a target’s minimum and maximum size is likely to be. Consequently, cats and other small animals would no longer be detected since they would be smaller than the minimum Target Size you’ve defined. I hope this helps.
