Sir, if I have 1 reflective construct and 2 formative constructs, each measured on 5 point Likert scale, Then how should I report reliability for my pilot study data which is very less, as compared to actual study?. Is it mandatory to report pilot study questionnaire reliability in such case?

Sir I have done cronbach alpha test. Every items have good reliability except last three items which are taken together. I am getting a value of .358.
